You can permanently delete your Scintiflamma account and all associated data directly from the app.

1. Delete From the App

You can permanently delete your Scintiflamma account and all associated data directly from the app:

  1. Open the Scintiflamma app and sign in
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap “Delete Account”
  4. Confirm the deletion

2. What Gets Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, messages, matches, and other account data associated with your Scintiflamma account. This action cannot be undone.

3. If You Can't Access the App

If you no longer have access to the app or need help completing this request, email us at admin@scintiflamma.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and the email address associated with your account, and we will process your deletion request manually.

4. Data Retention

Some limited information may be retained after deletion where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or safety purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
